EXPERIENTIAL, PERSON-CENTERED LEARNING

Learning grounded in the lived experience of the participants.

Learners identify their own questions, priorities, learning goals guided by the right facilitation and community.

What is the problem?

Many professional, learning spaces are curriculum-driven, hierarchical and disconnected from lived reality. Unintentionally they reproduce the same dynamics they seek to challenge: passivity, compliance, competition, and unexamined power.

What is the alternative?

My methodology offers an alternative way of learning and it is particularly appropriate in fields committed to healing, justice and social change.

By placing learners at the heart of their own learning, it restores agency, responsibility and ethical choice. Participants are supported to develop discernment, accountability, personal authority and harmonious relationships with others.

Why is it needed?

Ending oppression requires more than correct analysis or good intentions.

It requires people who can:

  • Act from embodied awareness rather than reactivity

  • Work consciously with power, difference and conflict

  • Align their actions with their values in real-world contexts
